On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, a terrible incident occurred, resulting in our friend Ben spending the last 3 weeks and the foreseeable future in the ICU. Ben is acquiring and will continue to acquire a multitude of medical expenses. Ben has been diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury and has just recently had the drain removed from his brain. Ben has a long and difficult journey ahead of him and no medical insurance. Ben is facing months, if not years, of therapy to relearn even the basics of skills (swallowing, speaking, etc.) once he is stable enough to begin to recover.

Anyone who knows Ben knows he will literally give you the shirt off his back. Ben makes friends anywhere he goes and has often stepped up to help many of us over the years. Ben is a father (to 6), brother, son, and friend to many. All monies raised will go directly to his medical bills. He will need all the positivity and support he can get to overcome the challenges ahead.
