We’re Raegan and Alfredo—newlyweds, deeply in love, chasing the American dream like so many others. We started our catering company just one year ago in L.A., giving it everything we had. But we didn’t calculate the shifting political climate to stand in our way. 
 
Somos Raegan y Alfredo—recién casados, profundamente enamorados, persiguiendo el sueño americano como tantos otros. Iniciamos nuestra empresa de catering hace apenas un año en Los Ángeles, entregando todo lo que teníamos. Pero no previmos que el clima político cambiante se interpondría en nuestro camino. 
 
So, we made a bold choice: to start fresh in Mexico—a place where we can both live freely and create the life we imagined for ourselves. 
 
Así que tomamos una decisión audaz: comenzar de nuevo en México, un lugar donde podamos vivir con libertad y crear la vida que imaginamos para nosotros mismos.
 
Now, we’re rebuilding from the ground up. There’s a lot to adjust to: finding a home, learning the language, and becoming part of a new community.
