<div>Hi, my name is Jermaine Murray. I currently work for the Paterson police department along with numerous Jamaican officers. Due to the devastating Category five hurricane Melissa, our brothers and sisters in Jamaica are facing a heartbreaking life crisis, such as homelessness, no food, no water, and no electricity. Officer Raymond, Officer Green, Officer Mckoy and I, along with a couple of other Jamaican officers, came together and are raising money for food, clothing, flashlights, power bands, and other essential items to help support victims of Hurricane Mellisa. We are also accepting nonperishable food items. Food items can be dropped off at 65 North 6th Street, Paterson, New Jersey, 07522, or please call [phone redacted] to organize pick-up.
