Aaria Faye was born on August 11, 2025. She was born not breathing and needed CPR after birth. Since then, she has undergone cooling therapy to try to correct/prevent any brain damage. She has also had a seizure, and they have discovered that she has a heart condition, which they have not diagnosed and given a name yet; however, the plan, according to doctors, is to keep her alive long enough to outgrow the heart condition.

She is currently on a ventilator and not able to breathe on her own. They weaned her off of sedation, and she finally woke up yesterday!

Aaria will be in the NICU at Roanoke until she is able to breathe and eat on her own, as well as maintain her body temperature.

Our girl has a long road ahead of her, but she has proven this far that she is a fighter!

Any donations received will be used for travel expenses as well as for bills while my sister (Aaria’s mommy) is out of work.
