My website costs me <strong>over £400</strong> a year, my online studio is about <strong>£215</strong> a year and Buzzsprout who hosts and distributes the podcast is <strong>£160</strong> a year.  This is nearly <strong>£800</strong> a year in costs and around<strong> 6 hours a week</strong> in time.
