J&J at Windermere is at it again this year. We're raising money to bring pies to the Magnuson Park Food Pantry for the Thanksgiving Day pickup.

In the past, Robert and our daughters, would deliver pies each November to our clients to say thank you. 2020 created an opportunity to shift our traditional pie delivery plan. Pies, ordinarily delivered to clients, were re-routed to the Magnuson Park Community Food Pantry.

This food pantry is designed to delivery food staples to the community in the park.

It is wonderful to be able to add a pie to the staples list for the Thanksgiving table for this community.

Last year, we donated and handed out over 100 pies at the Food Pantry the day before Thanksgiving! Pumpkin, apple crumble and pecan pies. Plus a can of whipped cream to go with each, because, you can't have pie without whipped cream.

This year, our goal, with your help, is to again donate 100 pies + whipped cream so that every family that uses this pantry will have a pie for Thanksgiving Day. ❤

Each pie + whipped cream costs around $14, so our goal is to raise $1400; any donated amount will help!

The last day to donate will be Sunday, November 23rd, 2025, to allow delivery to the Pantry before Thanksgiving.
