Those of you who took the pleasure to know us, are aware that our objective has always been to prioritize our clients, welcoming them into our small, family-centered community. As you all probably know, this global pandemic has forced us to close the hotel for the first time in 31 years, bringing on unimaginable economic costs and hardships. We have poured our heart and soul into this business, and that is why we are asking for your help during these unprecedented times. We want to take this opportunity to send you a warm hug and wish that you can soon return to live the best moments of your holidays with us. In the meantime, we would like to inform you of the following measures that we have put in place to ensure the maximum safety of our guests:
· Rigorous cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms.
· Frequent sanitization of high-contact points, such as door handles, reception counters, bathrooms.
· Hand sanitizers placed at guest contact areas, such reception, dining room etc.
· Infrared thermometers available at the front desk for the temperature checks of our guests and employees upon request, in certain jurisdictions and subject to availability.
· Provision of medical masks and gloves for our guests and employees upon request, subject to availability.
· Regular training of our employees ensuring proper hand hygiene and awareness of COVID-19. This is vital to help combat the spread of viruses and to ensure the health of our employees and guests.
We conduct daily meetings with our employees to review any relevant developments and we are in constant communication with the health and travel authorities to keep everyone updated. We will also advise on the appropriate health-related measures.
