Who is Cosi®?
We are Così®, the fast-casual restaurant company recognized for its signature flatbread made from a generations-old recipe and a part of many Cosi® favorites. We are serving fresh and high-quality flatbread sandwiches, hand-tossed salads, soups, bowls, Cosi® groceries and more. Our goal is to do whatever it takes to serve everyone in our communities, especially those essential businesses and their employees on the frontlines. We are just another restaurant business that has been dealing with the difficulties relating to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We still have 14 restaurants and catering hubs with extensive delivery zones through DoorDash, Uber Eats, Postmates, as well as exceptional catering services, that want to continue to provide delicious food, including healthier options, to everyone within reach.
What’s #FEEDTHEFRONTLINE All About?
During the COVID-19 crisis period, the Così menu has been streamlined significantly to benefit those still working every single day to keep us safe and running. Our food is simple, delicious, safe, quick and as importantly affordable!
We have joined the effort to provide ready-to-go, individually-packaged meals to Saint Anthony Hospital, Mercy Hospital, The Loretto Hospital & other local hospitals and essential workers on the frontlines, as a part of the FEED THE FRONTLINE initiative.
Our GoFundMe page is accepting donations from people near and far who want to contribute to our Feed the Frontline campaign.
Your Donation:
100% of your donation will be used to provide food donations through FEED THE FRONTLINE. Every $10 donation directly provides a sandwich, salad, soup, or other food product to feed hospital workers, civil servants, police, fire, and other essential workers who are out on the frontline. As an example, if you donate $50, that means 5 meals will be provided to the frontline organization of your choice or, if you prefer, our choice, in the Greater Chicago area. The food will be delivered to appropriate organizations and will continue to be used for this purpose until the funds have been fully depleted.
So far we have served hundreds of meals to our local hospitals, and we have secured a donation to make many more meals next week for other essential businesses.
We need your support to help keep this going - every $ donated goes towards feeding essential workers in Chicago. In turn, your donation also keep the Così® staff working!
