Larry graduated from Wellsville High School in December 1957 and proudly served in the U.S. Army Reserves on active duty from 1957 to 1962.

Larry had a lifelong passion for planes, flying, and photography specializing in forensic photography for many years. He turned his love for photography into a career as the owner of Camera Mart. Beyond his professional endeavors, Larry was deeply involved in his community. He was a member of the Jaycees, Rotary Club, the Carnegie Public Library Board, the Wellsville Masons, and the Tri-State Camera Club. A dedicated member of Longs Run Trinity Presbyterian Church, he served as both a deacon and trustee.

One of Larry’s proudest accomplishments was his service on the East Liverpool School District Board of Education for an impressive 28 years. He was committed to ensuring the best opportunities for students and received numerous accolades from the State Board of Education for his contributions. It was the kids that kept him coming back time and time again.

Larry also participated in the Easter Pageant on the Hillside and found joy in mentoring others through his various roles. Above all else, he treasured the time spent with his family.

Larry’s legacy of dedication to family and community will be remembered fondly by all who knew him. May his memory bring comfort to those who loved him.
