3 weeks ago, I had a seizure in bed that has changed my life. While waiting for my scheduled MRI in January, I have spent countless hours in local emergency rooms and being readmitted and discharged, trying to recover and get help from a psychiatrist. Some of you may know I have been passing out during chronic panic attacks. Due to my health insurance policy, I have not been able to get into a mental health facility for intensive outpatient treatment to find some relief from the panic and anxiety.

For Christmas this year, I am asking for any small donation to go towards my mental health IOP program so I can finally get the help I so desperately need.
