Hello everyone, on behalf of the Allen/Scott family I would like to introduce “Dominic Allen’s Godspeed Foundation”. Seven years ago my family and I suffered a traumatic accident while we were on vacation in 2015. He and my sister were pulled out into the ocean by riptide, Dominic managed to save my sister by passing her off to saftey. He was unable to save himself and we lost him later that night at the age of 23. My brother was not only a hero in his final moments but also in everyday life. Dominic helped friends, family, and even strangers out of thier darkest corners. His loss has left gaps in the hearts of friends, family and our community. In high school Dominic was a state qualifying sprinter, naturally gifted, and had a love and passion for the sport of track. That being said, we would like to commemorate our brother, his heroism, and his love for track by creating this foundation to donate to underfunded high/middle school track programs. The more money we raise the more programs we will be able to support. This is just a start to they way we would like to influence and help the youth in my big brother’s name. Eventually our dream is to mature this foundation into an entire non-profit so that we can help as man kids as possible in every way that we possibly can! So please help us share his story and his heroics by supporting the youth sport he was so deeply passionate about.
