Cillians Medical Exp & Wheelchair

Cillian was born into this world 7 weeks early, Christmas morning in 2014. We noticed he wasn't like most babies. He didn't reach for toys and he never held on to them either.  He was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at 1.5 years old.  His low muscle tone (hypotonia) makes feeding impossible, tummy time was a nightmare and he never Engaged with playtime. It's a possibility  that we may need a feeding tube because he is still eating puréed foods and hasn't gained any weight in a year.  He is only now drinking from a sippy cup (with assistance). It pains me to discuss this so publicly as I've hidden for three years. I'm told everyday how strong I am but I can't hold back my tears today. 

Our family car (the only one we have) died out on the freeway and we have been struggling for two years to get by. I had to quit my job to stay home and care for my son.  He does not speak, cannot feed himself, and can not sit up unassisted.

Unfortunately we do not qualify for SSI and dad's one income is barely enough to provide for us. We are waiting on his wheelchair to be approved by our insurance.

Cillian needs a reliable vehicle for us to take him to school and therapy. The donations will be used to help us get a reliable vehicle and help pay for his wheelchair and medical equipment.
