Domestic Violence Awarness

October 7th 2018 was the worst day of my life.

I was 16 the oldest of my siblings one morning i woke up to the devastating news my mum had been killed in her own home by her ‘boyfriend’ someone who was supposed to love her and protect her.

As you can tell this broke me and my family dearly and ive never been the same since and miss her more each day. She had a appointment  with my sisters place a few days after she was murdered she was never able to make it to that appointment the appointment card was found in her bag and was shown to our family after we had heard the heartbreaking news. She left 5 broken children behind and id do anything for her back ever since hearing the news My sisters place holds a special place in my heart and i think the work they do as a charity is amazing and they help vulnerable woman and support them.

I’d like to give back to the charity as domestic violence isnt talked about much especially in this lockdown the rates of domestic violence have flew up its really saddening. If you know anyone in this situation please encourage them to speak up or even diall 999 for them you could save a life.

Any donation would be highly appreciated and i would love to just give a little something back im so thankful for any little donation made.
