During the past 7 years, we, Immanuel Christian Center (ICC), have been conducting research Economically, Climatically, Demographically, all while engaging in community development, and establishing connections with leaders and locals inside  the realm of Liberty County (Hinesville, Georgia- right beside Ft. Stewart, Ga) which includes the Savannah-Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia Area; AND outside across numerous state lines as well.

We have seen improvements, however, it is our goal to have these solutions germinate Locally and then Globally; and we plan to do that by establishing this stable space FIRST.

The Dome World Initiative’s (DWI) Action Plan explains the expected effects on the demographics of the Liberty County, Georgia area (7 cities: Hinesville, Riceboro, Gumbranch, Allenhurst, Flemmington, Walthourville, and Midway), and Nationally. The DWI Action plan illuminates the role of the geographical changes expected, explains the implemented solutions to accommodate and relieve the area during times of disaster, and demonstrates the steps to achieve effective Spiritual and Practical Change.

Not only that, these (domes) monolithic structures are tornado/hurricane proof, flood proof, and fire proof. In fact, they are probably the most disaster-resistant buildings that can be constructed above ground. They meet or exceed the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) specifications for community disaster shelters. Monolithic Dome buildings comply and exceed all of the usual building codes in every way. In many cases the Monolithic Dome can be placed immediately adjacent to other buildings because of its superior fire code conformance. The dome structures have a life expectancy of 400+ years (in other words, 25 generations will be able to benefit from these structures and the programs that will be housed within)

The DWI (Dome World Initiative) will Include, but not limited to:

- Opportunities of employment
- Entrepreneur Venues and Ventures.
- Business Classes - to include but not limited to: Exhaustive Business Plans, How to Obtain Licenses/Permits, etc.
- Adult Learning Programs : Re-training to enter the workforce, skills to keep up with technological advances; Information to Job Fairs & Workshops
