Dolly Leukemia Treatment Fund

Donation protected

Early Sunday morning at 3:30am my friend called me in tears, while her 4 year old daughter Dahlia (Dolly) was being rushed by ambulance to Children's hospital of Detroit, MI. Upon learning her diagnosis of Leaukemia (Cancer of the blood and bone marrow that affects the white blood cells) my friend Annie then rushed down to be by her side while Dolly proceeded to go through surgeries of bone marrow and getting a Chemo port installed. Not only will lil Doll  be missing school for at least 2 years because of treatments that will be taking over the course of a couple years, she will have such low immunity she cant be around other children with potential viruses/infections, as her immunity is barely hanging on. Dollys 5th birthday is in a few days as lays in the hospital bed with cords all connected to her, shes confused, sick, and only wants to be home. Currently she is going through 4 days of chemo right away which is making her very ill and within a couple weeks her hair will be gone, as the chemo kills the hair follicles.
This friend has not only opened her door to me and many other friends in ANY time of need no matter what your background was, and that's something a lot of us know. She could barely know the person and give whatever she could to help.
She is the only one that will be able to drive her down to treatments every week, all awhile her vehicle is sitting and not drivable.
My goal is to  raise money for dolly & her  while she goes through this demanding time.
We all are praying and trying to stay positive with such a glimmer of hope that Jesus will heal her and be by her side every step of the way.
Any amount helps to contribute as I know she would help anyone of her friends or a stranger for that matter... I'm currently writing this with a heavy heart, as I'm watching her youngest child that's not even 2 years old years old as he misses his mommy and sister too so much. Please say a prayer for Dolly and her family as they go through this difficult time.
Thank you everyone from  the bottom of my heart and I will keep everyone updated as Dollys treatments continue....
