<div>Hi I'm Frazer, better known as 365Frazer on TikTok, and I am Fundraising for the Royal British Legion as it's very close to my heart. After recently running my first half marathon, just like any runner, I want to do another big challenge but a step higher. An Ironman 70.3!

<div><br />
</div>
<div>Over the next few months, I will be training and filming everyday on TikTok as evidence and to make awareness for the Royal British Legion.
</div>

</div>
<div>I have set myself a tight time frame, but I am really buzzing to do this and will throw myself at it. However, I am not a swimmer, so if for some unforseen reason I am unable to complete this challenge, I will stop because I dont want to get injured before I start the RAF. So my first task is to build up my swimming and then to train doing the 3 sports together.

<div>On Remembrance Day, 11th of November, we pay tribute to all those people lost in the past wars. I am fundraising for the RBL because they help families, service men and women after they have supported, protected and served the United Kindom, throughout the year, and should be thought about more often. This is very close to my heart. 1 of the main reasons I have joined the RAF is to help people around the world for humanitarian issues and conflicts.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am very passionate about the RBL and the work they do, and so therefore I will push and push to make this achievement happen. I aim to inspire others to start fitness, join the RAF, help the people who have protected this country, while setting a personal goal.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>So please support the RBL by donating to this page. Use social media and get the awareness it needs out into the public!!

<div>More information about The Royal British Legion: The Royal British Legion is working hard to support the most vulnerable in our society, from older veterans that we care for, those who suffer from social isolation, or those who are simply overwhelmed by the challenges associated with the cost-of-living crisis. RBL's support is a lifeline for thousands of serving &amp; ex-serving personnel &amp; their families. We can only continue to provide these services with your help.
