Dogs vet bill

My dog deacon was hit by a vehical on Saturday afternoon he has gotten a broken pelvis that needs surgery to be done he has sustained these injurys by taken the force of my niece not getting the force the owner of the vehical never stopped to see if everything was ok the hospital is working with us for their care but they don't have the requirements to perform the surgery he needs anything will help at this point he needs it done things can turn for the worst my kids and my neices and nephews are heart broken my other dog was killed instantly on impact on a side road the speed limit is only 25 but he was going much faster
