dodgers locked jaw(pug)

Our Dodger some how has done something to his jaw, it is Locked shut.  He has been to Vet a few times, had some meds put in his ears- a 1 time 30 day treatment he has been back the Vet and ears are good, all the swelling has gone down, but he still can't open his mouth.  when he eats as you seen vid,  he tries to squish it between his teeth. He needs x-rays and blood work done for now,  and later treatment for what ever is going on.  I am on fixed Budget and do not have funding for this, I am asking for help,  :(  He is healthy otherwise but getting very skinny,  we are worried and don't want to have to put him down,  Santa brought Dodger to Joshua and we don't want to lose him now, its not his time , He is family ♥   https://www.facebook.com/ALICE.TANYA.HERREMANS/videos/10214957191954417/?t=7
