The Dodder Dynamoes are one of the longest established softball clubs in Ireland. Our home grounds are in Terenure, South Dublin. As 2024 Irish National Champions we have the opportunity to represent Ireland in this year’s European Softball Club Championships in Berlin. We are so delighted to have this chance and are hoping to repeat our 2009 success when we won the tournament and took home gold for Ireland. In order to do that we need your support. As a minority sport in Ireland we get little to no funding, so we need to cover all our travel costs ourselves. We are looking to raise funds to help cover the tournament entry fee and our required contribution to umpire costs. Any surplus funds we raise will help off-set player flight and accommodation costs which are currently entirely self-funded. We would really appreciate any help or support you could offer.
