APINÁN (We, The Lenca) is a documentary about the reality lived by one of our indigenous peoples "Los Lencas", one of the remnant tribes of the Mayans that is still alive among the 600 thousand people that constitute it.
We as Banahna Producciones in collaboration with La Cuarta Pared have undertaken this audiovisual project with the aim of showing how our Lenca brothers live among fields of vegetables, wild flowers, tile houses and colonial vestiges with palpable dignity in each one of its members. .
It is for them that we request your help to make it a reality in its entirety, since we do not have the necessary funds for its production. In addition, part of the proceeds will be given to the Lenca community.
Another of the objectives of this project is to promote and exalt the tender vision of the current Lenca world, scrutinizing their cosmovision, a culture with roots and tourist attraction that allows Honduras to claim with authority:
"We have in the Lencas a surviving heritage" that can be shown to the world as a pedestal of identity and life in the heart of America.

APINÁN (Nosotros Los Lencas) es un documental sobre la realidad que vive uno de nuestros pueblos indígenas "Los Lencas", una de las tribus remanentes de los Mayas que todavía se mantiene viva entre las 600 mil personas que la constituyen.
Nosotros como Banahna Productions en colaboración con La Cuarta pared hemos emprendido este proyecto audiovisual con el objetivo de mostrar como viven nuestros hermanos Lencas entre prados cultivados de vegetales, flores silvestres , casas de tejas y remanentes coloniales con una dignidad palpable en cada uno de sus constituyentes.
Es por ellos que solicitamos de tu ayuda para hacerlo realidad en su totalidad, ya que no contamos con los fondos necesarios para su producción. Además parte de lo recolectado será entregado a la comunidad Lenca.

Otro objetivo de este proyecto es promover y exaltar la tierna visión del mundo Lenca en la actualidad , escudriñando de su cosmovisión una cultura con arraigo y atractivo turístico que permite a Honduras clamar con autoridad:
“ tenemos en los Lencas un sobreviviente acervo “ que se puede mostrar al mundo como un pedestal de identidad y vida en el corazón de América.
