Doctor Bill's and new suspension work on my car.

Hi my names lydia and I've been in and out of the hospital since april. I get sick throwing up and not being able to eat for weeks at a time. I haven't been able to work since may. I need to go to a stomach specialist but I can't afford it.  I was the only person working in my household because my moms disabled and she uses all her money to pay or rent so we won't be homeless and I found out recently that my shocks and suspension on our only car needs to be replaced. Im not the type of person to ask for help in fact this is eating me up.  Please anything helps.  God bless yall.
