Our Kerala has been hit by the worst flooding ever that the state has seen. The past few days have been terrifying for the people in Kerala, incessant rains, overflowing dams all has resulted in extreme flooding throughout the state. Normal life has come to a standstill. Homes, schools, hospitals, roads, all basic shelters are flooded. In the worst hit places the flooding has been two to three storeys deep. All this calamity has impacted millions of lives throughout the state. Life is now far from normal.

We would like to request your support and help for the people of Kerala.

All the fund collected will go towards Kerala Chief Minister Relief Fund

About Us:
We are a close knit community of Malayalis from various parts of Kerala, India and have been living together in Peoria, Illinois.  

Why we are collecting the Money:
Worst flood state has ever seen
13 out of the 14 districts severely affected
221 bridges collapsed
350+ lives lost
500+ landslides
50000+ houses damaged
60000+ KM roads damaged
700000+ in relief camps
42000 hectares crops lost
Preliminary estimates count a loss of more than 3 billion USD

How the money will be transferred:
We are talking to NGOs and taking help from experts to do the fund transfer. Will publish the proof once it is done. We will make it as transparent as it can be done.
