Veteran facing eviction and homelessness

Hello, my partner and I and our 2 children (9 year old son and 1 1/2 year old daughter)  are facing eviction and homelessness. We are both unemployed. We are both veterans who have been transitioning but have been facing the challenges of real life. Over the course of the past 3 years we have applied for jobs, been denied for mortgages and recently been denied for an apartment. We have until November 15th to move out our current apartment and right now we have no where to go. The funds would be used to pay off credit cards, the back rent owed to this current rental property. We don't have our household goods because it is all in storage. The support would mean so much to us and bring us so much relief as we cannot do this by ourselves. Our family has nowhere else to turn and we feel this rental apartment has turned their back on us. We are left to trust the support from people who we have never met.  I am a Vetrepreneur however I have a family I need to take care of.  Leasing a rental property short term is priority before November 15th. I feel like a failure, I have to deal with the guilt and the shame of not being able to provide as I feel I should.  I am already grateful for having the opportunity to share part of my story as it is not easy to be open about these struggles. Thank you for taking the time out to read this.
