Helping Emmas Family

Emma has been waiting for a new heart since January 9, 2015. Her family has lost there only means of transportation. Her dad is the only one able to work. Her mom takes her dad to work then her siblings to school then she goes to the hospital then back to the car rider line then to pick her husband back up and the next day starts the same cycle. This year has been very hard on them. They need a vehicle to get to work school and the hospital. Emma is in very critical condition and waiting with patience and faith that a new heart will become available. We are trying to get enough money before Christmas to help this family with getting another vehicle since they are out of options. Please help and donate or share this.
