Help Mandie and Joe offset some of the medical expenses and lost income incurred when Mandie suffered a stroke in early January.
Jan 4th, Mandie ended up in the hospital. After 3 CT scans, an MRI, and 42 viles of blood work, it was determined that Mandie had suffered a stroke. She remained in the hospital through January 18th where she underwent additional testing and endured a rigorous regimen of speech, occupational, and physical therapies. Once released home, Mandie will continue PT and OT on an out-patient basis 2-3 times per week. She will be unable to work for at least 8 weeks and unable to drive for 4 weeks. Joe's ability to work will be impacted as he will be at home helping to support Mandie's recovery efforts.
