Save the house

Three years ago my friend Gary lost  the love of his life, his wife of 35 years.  Theresa passed away very unexpectedly.  Less than two months later Gary had a stroke which made it impossible for him to continue to work at the job he loved.  Gary received long term disability for a time, which helped him continue to stay afloat.  This ended a year ago.  Since then he has struggled to maintain the home he and Theresa shared all the years they were together.
Gary is now in danger of losing the home they shared.

All his adult life Gary has helped others - teaching and coaching in the Jackson-Madison County Public Schools for 32 years.  After he retired, Gary worked for Youth Villages of Tennessee Specialized Crisis Program, serving at-risk children and youth until his stroke made this impossible. He continues to find ways to serve others by volunteering as a tutor for 3rd grade students at Arlington Elementary School in Jackson.  He also volunteers at Northside Assembly of God twice a month in the Room at the Inn program for the homeless.

Everyone who has contact with Gary knows he is the type of person you can call at 2 am and he will come help you.  He will give you the shirt from his back if you need it.  I know, because he has been there for me in my time of need.  Gary needs OUR help now.
