Janice's Bucket List

My name is Janice Maciejewicz and I am 61 years young!  I am raising funds for my family, being my husband and myself.   I have stage 3B lung cancer, diagnosed on February 16, 2016, my 61st birthday.  To say it was a shock was an understatement.  I haven't smoked in a really long time (over 15 years).   I have been a good person.   This is reallly hard for me to ask anyone for money.  I have worked really hard all of my life, living within my means for what my income allowed. 
We all know stuff happens in life, such as NOW.  I am raising money for the following reasons:  my income has been reduced while i'm on leave for cancer treatment.  I go to treatment 5 days a week.   I have been blessed in that I haven't lost my hair, thank goodness, and getting sick after chemo hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be, thankfully to anti-nausea meds.  The funds will be used for the following:  co-pays for my visits, prescriptions that I need to have,  monthly living expenses.  We have one added request for our "Bucket List".
We would love to take a cruise, depending on the outcome of my treatment.   That would also require both of us to obtain passports.  I will have to look into the cost.
The funds will be needed whenver they arrive.  
I am so very grateful for any funds I/we receieve, because I am VERY HOPEFUL that I will beat this dreaded disease, I also have to be realistic.  Survival rates of lung cancer can very deceptive.  If I don't survive,  I want to be able to provide for the love of my life, my husband Michael.  He has been my rock throughout this.
