My girl is still doing okay! Any donations for reiki and help me with her vet bills is very much appreciated!! Reiki and CBD is helping her but it can be costly and I’m still trying to pay off a lot. Thank you so much !

9/24/25:

My beautiful Dani was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer.

I have been doing research and calls for Dani to have holistic and pain management care. I am not going to trust any medicines out there such as fenbenzadole or invermectin without a veterinarian prescribing, which then also includes follow up visits. I dont want to put Dani through too many trips out of her home and into doctors’ offices. Treatments I’m seeking from the holistic doctor include those such as: consultations, antibiotics, herbal medicine, nutritional adjustments, immunotherapy, acupuncture, chiropractic care, massage/Qigong/Tui Na therapy, Reiki, intravenous vitamin C, magnawave, follow-up appointments, NSAIDs and possibly steroids.

I would feel so blessed and grateful if you are able to donate. If you aren’t able to, I understand. I would be thankful for you liking and sharing my post if you feel comfortable to instead.

Update 9/13/25:

My sweet Dani was recently diagnosed with cancer. Her prognosis is very poor.

My Dani is not a candidate any more for surgery nor for chemo or radiation treatments. The only options I have left are holistic care; otherwise, palliative care and steroids, all which will be costly.

I’ve set up a GoFundMe to help with the medical expenses thus far as well as holistic treatments. Any donations would mean so much to me.

Because I believe in miracles and my faith is unwavering, if you aren’t able to give, I would appreciate you sharing my post.

Update 9/9/25:

I am devastated and my heart is breaking every day. After some time of thinking, I may or may not do the surgery because I don’t want to put her through that painful and long recovery process and there is no guarantee it didn’t spread to the other side or that Dani will even survive after surgery or how long. I have to wait to get the results back in a few days to see where to go from here.

Dani had a cytology done and surgery consult. Today she is having x-rays and a sonogram and blood work to see how far advanced and if the cancer spread to her lungs and organs at all. Dani will continue her life with me, in palliative care, but most importantly with my love and loyalty, always.

I'll do anything for my girl, no matter the cost. The costs of her aggressive cancer is overwhelming, however, and every little bit helps!

Hi, my name is Jody, and I am fundraising to help save the life of my beautiful girl, Dani.

Dani is 10 years old and she is the most affectionate, loving, well-behaved, sassy angel with the purest of all hearts. She was not originally mine; she was abandoned at age 4 by her previous owner before she rescued me.

Two weeks ago, I received horrible news that Dani has developed a very aggressive cancer on her chest which may have already spread to her right side mammary chain. She needs to undergo surgery to remove the cancer and surrounding tissue (mastectomy). This type of cancer can quickly spread not just to one mammary chain, but can also spread to the left side chain. She has X-rays and blood work scheduled for Tuesday to make sure it didn’t spread to her lungs or any other organs.

I was informed by this internationally recognized board-certified surgeon that she would need a bilateral mastectomy, an extremely invasive surgery, on top of possibly a few rounds of chemotherapy. The estimated cost of the treatment is roughly $9,000, plus chemotherapy if needed.

I work full-time; however, I am not making a lot of money. I have never asked for a penny in my life from anyone, but I need to save my girl.

Dani is a precious, affectionate, brave little soul. She has already had about 4 oral surgeries over the past few years with over 12 extractions… maybe more, but I lost count. She has been so brave and resilient throughout her life with me and I want so badly to give her the care she deserves and needs.
