Dizzy has Cancer

UPDATE: Dizzy has Cancer. (In addition to the Lyme disease)

Our second testing came back with ultra high Lyme count and she was started on medication for Lyme while we waited for PARR test which came back negative. Her third test came back as postive. (The second test was on a different lymphnode than the original, so it's been assumed it hadn't spread yet) 

I have updated the goal from initial testing to what now shows the cost of all 9 rounds of Chemotherapy. (Over a 6 month span)

Each treatment runs at 272$ and includes a CBC (Complete blood count) before and 7 days after each chemotherapy treatment. 

It doesn't include her steroids, antibiotics, or antinausea medicine.

Hello. My name is Emily and I'm fundraising for my sweet 10 year old furry princess. She's been my best friend and family for 1/3 of my entire life and she's sick.

 

An initial aspirate testing came back as cancerous lymphoma. Her most recent blood, ultrasound and x-ray testing came back as either early lymphoma or tick disease. We are currently awaiting results for a PARR test and a Tick RealPCR panel to determine what comes next.

 

This gofundme is only set to cover this initial testing, so that I can hopefully afford more of what's to come.
