Dizziness Treatment

Hello! As you may know, I've been dealing with unexplained, persistent and debilitating dizziness since January 11. I've been to 11 different medical professionals and tried every kind of treatment, medication and therapy that they could suggest, as well as more "outside of the box" things, all to no avail.
Finally, I saw a Functional Neurologist recently, who was not only able to tell me what was wrong, but also has a plan to treat me. PTL! Unfortunately, none of their appointments will be covered by my medical insurance, so will have to pay out of pocket for the entire course of treatment.
I will be doing a one-week intensive therapy program, where I will go through 3-5 sessions a day of individualized therapy for 5 days in their clinic. I will also then have 6 follow up appointments, spaced out over an unknown period weeks, as it depends on how well I'm doing and what kind of follow up care I need at that time. The doctor is confident that he can help me and restore me to a functioning level again. I have never experienced a medical team who is so kind and caring - it is evident that they truly want the best for their patients!
The total cost of this treatment program is $7,000, plus some gas money for driving to and from the clinic for 5 days (76 miles round trip). Restaurant gift cards would be helpful as well, as that first week of therapy will be very tiring, but our greatest need is the funds to pay for it. We are able to make payments but would love to pay off the bulk of the cost as quickly as possible.
