Divine Dialogue Production Costs

Hea Folks!
I'm excited to be working on my first digital video project, "Divine Dialogue", under my own media imprint (Zion Hill Media Group)!
Years ago, "Divine Dialogue" was my very first podcast- where I discussed faith and culture with preachers, religious leaders and thinkers. We went from 1,000 total listens in my first seasons to 25,000 in the second and third seasons! I'm hype to be bringing it back in digital video format!
Each "Divine Dialogue" season will consist of 10 45minute episodes and be uploaded to YouTube and my site (www.candicebenbow.com). With a target season premiere date of February 4, 2019- we've secured our interviews and are ready to get started!
I keep saying "WE". The reality is "WE" is me, my uncle Dean and my friends- who I'm sure are all thrilled AND exhausted with the "What do you think about this?" texts and impromptu FaceTime "business meetings". The truth is, while I have the overwhelming support of many, "Divine Dialogue" (and all other Zion Hill Media Group projects) are my dream and nobody's going to go harder for it than me.
...but I need help...
Production- well....it costs. So, while I can't pay guests (and they're still gracious enough to say yes), I still have major costs associated with this project. We've estimated (AND budgeted) that the project, in total, will cost $15,000. I'm crowdsourcing $10,000 and the money raised here will go toward:
-travel and lodging (we're currently scheduled to film in 8 cities)
-securing filming assistants (because Uncle Dean and all my other friends have real jobs so I will need to get assistants in some cities and a person is worthy of their hire)
-episode editing (I'll send the footage of each episode to professional editors where it will mixed, mastered, edited and ready for upload!)
I think "Divine Dialogue" is important and necessary. It matters that we have necessary conversations that are, both, enriching and fun! I hope DD will be just that and I hope you'll take this ride with me!
