DISTANT recover from stolen gear on tour

Donation protected
Unbelievably the worst a touring band can experience on one of the last days of our summertour just happened: our RV got broken into and we got robbed. We are calling to your aid to help us recover from a lot of expensive and personal items that have been robbed from us. We have worked many many years collectively and individually to save up for the things that got stolen, like camera gear and laptops. And to then see it get taken away from us is just one of the most devastating things to experience and a major setback for DISTANT and our crew.

We typically hesitate to ask for help, but we've run out of options. Any contribution to this cause would be deeply appreciated.

What happened:
At day 30 of our 33 day summertour we visited Berlin. The show was great, celebrating Alan’s birthday, but unfortunately did not leave us any time to get dinner. Very hungrily we quickly loaded in our RV and trailer after the show and we planned to get some pizza across the street. But as the venue told us we couldnt stay parked and we had a 10h drive ahead of us we decived to drive to McDonalds instead. Arriving at McDonalds we had to park along the street as our long vehicle didnt fit in the McDrive. We hopped out, locked the doors, ordered our food and ate it there together. Went back to the RV 25 minutes later at midnight and directly noticed our window was forced open. All our backpacks and a flightcase with camera gear missing.
Devastated we called the police and scouted the whole area, eventually getting just one ping on one of our airtags. We rushed there with the police and found our now-empty backpacks and case. After a then extensive, until break of dawn, scouting of the neighborhood we didn’t find any new items or leads and figured the thieves must have found and deactivated our airtags.
This all happened at the end of our very exhausting and cursed tour that already kicked off with 5(!!) tire repairs, damages to our RV and an earlier robbery in Italy.
The income of this tour would have normally by small margin just been able to cover our expenses and pay our crew a very small compensation, but now we (Distant and crew) are majorly running into debt because of damage and the essential missing gear that needs to be replaced in order to do really anything band related.
Making it even harder is that our creative projects, our backingtracks and show footage, really everything, was on those laptops, barely backup up in the last month as internet is hardly accessible on tour.
