Yet solar is also in landfills, being shredded, used as asphalt filler, shipped to god knows where… so, with Biosphere Solar we’re striving for a solar revolution where circularity, transparency, and fairness are core ingredients.

<div>We’re developing a solar panel that is repairable, fully recyclable, and that is made of fair-trade 'ingredients’. As a spin-off of TU Delft, we’ve gathered a team of 5 people all ready to bring this solution to humanity.

<div>And for that, we need money. For more than 2 years now, Biosphere Solar has been running with volunteers and interns. But now is a critical turning point: Biosphere Solar needs people who can work full-time on it. People that it can give and be given back to. Today, we’re raising €24,143 to make sure Biosphere Solar can thrive and bring to the world the technology that it has been shaping and developing for the past 2 years. <div>Without these €24,143, Biosphere Solar will not have the funding it requires to bridge the gap between today, and future investments and revenue. A gap that is currently of around 3-6 months, give or take how rapidly investments and revenue can be reached.
