Dispose of tyres legally

Around Halloween 2018 someone dumped a truckload of maybe 250 tyres against my shed.

The police, council and EPA were all contacted.
The police found no suspects so they left me with the tyres to dispose.
The council said they no longer do tip vouchers so they left me with the tyres to dispose.
The EPA came and inspected the pile of tyres, told me that it was less the 20 tonnes of tyres so they wouldn't give me an infringement notice to dispose of them immediately. They also left me with the tyres to dispose but it was at my leisure but still at my own cost.
I reached out to a local Facebook page in the hopes that someone had CCTV footage. No-one did but 9News picked up the story. After that story the local brekky show interviewed me. That was the biggest win so far as someone got in contact with me and came and grabbed 50 tyres.

6 months down the track I still have about 200 tyres in my side yard piled against my shed. To legally dispose of the tyres through the council is Car tyre: $6.50 per tyre, Light Truck: $10.50 per tyre. With the mix of tyres that are there that means that the disposal cost will be around $1500.

I am happy for anyone to grab the tyres for gardens, playgrounds or whatever.
Any money that doesn't get spent on disposing of the tyres will go towards a CCTV system to hopefully prevent further instances and also to catch culprits who dump tyres and rubbish in the adjacent bush. The tyre dumping may be a targeted attack due to a 2016 tyre, rubbish and syringe dumping that I reported.
