Displaced because of Hurricane Irma

My sister and husband Nancy & John Welch. Had been living on the Island Tortolla B.V.I. for many years in a quaint home. Nancy has had for some time now has been stuggling with medical conditions. She is now on only one lung and o2 dependent. Recently as they have been relocated to Florida because of Irma. Medicare has not pick up the policy yet. She recently fell and fractured her wrist which cost $700.00 just to fix Nancy's wrist.  John is doing everything he can emotionally as well as financially. The family on both sides have done what we can. But I am asking for HELP! My sister and brother in law would never ask for help. But I belive that when you ask for help it's only because one is in need of it. Anything would help. Nancy and John are in there  mid 70's and work is not easy to come by either. We need the finances ASAP Please. As these hurricanes have hit not only peoples houses but there homes, homes are where the memories were. Nancy & John have NO HOME! Please help them restart a home with health and happieness.
