Disowned for my Catholic faith, help me find a place to stay

UPDATE: Thank you all beyond words for how much you have done for me so quickly. You are all in my prayers - I hope that one day I can repay you in service to the Church and to you, my brothers and sisters. God bless you all. Your charity will let me openly profess and practice the Catholic faith without fear.
In July of this year, I was baptised and received into the Roman Catholic Church, having converted from Islam. Now, I find myself facing a dilemma. I must leave my house and be effectively disowned for the Catholic faith, but I can do this in one of two ways - either my family find out on their own, and in their anger, kick me out, leaving me homeless, or I can be proactive and tell them myself, leaving on somewhat amicable terms and with mutual consent between me and my parents.
It pains me to ask this of you all, but I need money to pay the deposit on the apartment I can potentially rent, as well as to settle in for the first few months. After that, God willing, I will make it on my own. For the sake of Jesus Christ, I am willing to accept whatever difficulties will come my way. I need the support of you all, my brothers and sisters, so that I can tell my family about my conversion on my own terms and avoid potential homelessness. Anything is appreciated. You will all remain in my prayers.
Thank you and God bless you.
-Stefan.
