Disabled man in a wheelchair was discriminated, humiliated, belittled, harassed, and was told to get your crippled ass out of here by park building security and the building janitor on September 2nd, 2025. The disabled man in the wheelchair was sitting on the city sidewalk waiting for his direct care worker. Security came out being rude and ignorant and told the disabled man to move. The disabled man said he's not going anywhere. Security stated she's going to call the police. The female security guard went back in the building and came back with the building janitor. The building janitor told the disabled man he's loitering and he has to move. The disabled man said this is the city sidewalk, you all can't enforce anything, and he's not going anywhere. So, the building janitor ran up the street and flagged down the police and brought them back to where the disabled man was sitting on the city sidewalk in his wheelchair. City police talked to the security of the building and the building janitor and stated to them that the disabled man did nothing wrong and by y'all telling him to move off the city sidewalk, you have violated his rights.

Also, in these pictures, the people who told me to move off the city sidewalk work in the Park Building, 355 5th Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA. They're sitting right where they told me to move. Building staff must have special immunity to sit there. Security didn't come out and tell anybody to move. The janitor didn't come out and ask anybody to move because security and the janitor are sitting right where they told the disabled man he can't sit.
