The diagnosis came after I was hospitalized for sepsis twiMay. I spent a total of 18 days in and out of the hospital with a kidney infection and two blood clots, one in each lung. During that difficult time, doctors discovered a lump that ultimately led to my cancer diagnosis, and my treatment began immediately.
