As we are all aware, this will sadly be DISC Newquay’s last Chrismas. I have been given the honour of firing up the DISC kitchen ovens one last time!! Last year was a huge success ensuring all of those in need had a festive dinner with all the trimmings for Christmas

DISC is emptying its coffers and spending every last penny to help as many people as possible with lots of resources such as supplying toys, food parcels and basic necessities like heating and electric for those most in need.

The budget for this years Christmas meal is sadly very low and I think I speak for all DISC volunteers both old and new that we would love nothing more than to provide one last cook off and to go out with a bang providing the biggest and best festive meal so far.

Any money raised will go straight to the DISC bank account so we can raid the supermarkets and wholesalers one last time and any money left will be used to supply toys and anything else needed for the final few days while DiSCs doors are still open.

If you are unable to help financially, we are calling on any chefs whether you have helped before or want to help this year. Basically anyone with kitchen experience or anyone that might be happy to prep the ridiculous amounts of sprouts
