This is an initiative by a group of alumni from Trinity College Kandy, Sri Lanka. Our belief is that when our fellow countrymen and brethren require our aid, we should step up to help those in need.
All funds raised would go towards donating food and essential items to those who are affected by the recent Floods and Landslides in Sri Lanka. DETAILS ON HOW EXACTLY THE DONATED FUNDS WERE SPENT WILL BE SENT TO ALL THOSE WHO DONATED.
Funds will be distributed among many temporary camps across Sri Lanka for people who have been affected by floods and landslides. We are planning to hand deliver the collected items for distribution on Sunday the 29th, May.
