Disaster Relief after Hurricane

My brother Bill has spent the last 8 years building his life in the West end of the Island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The island was recently hit by Hurricane Irma, then decimated by Hurricane Maria. My brother's entire life is in ruins. The business he built, a surf shop and bar & grill, were destroyed. He did not own the property and therefore did not carry insurance on the property. His personal items and property used to run the business have now been looted. His home was looted. His life will need to be entirely rebuilt. He has lost EVERYTHING. He will need to start over somewhere else as it is was almost entirely built on tourism. There will likely not be tourists returning to St. Croix for years with the condition it is in. Bill will not only need money to relocate himself and his dogs, but will need clothing, a vehicle... you name it. He will also need to make some major decisions on what to do next such as where to move, how he will get income, etc. I hoped that I could reach out to our friends, family, and others to help him get re-established. This year has been especially life-changing for my brother after losing our father in May and now his home and business this past week.
