Disabled & LGBT in need of some help

Hello there! My name is Shawn and I'm a trans and gay freelance artist. Recently, within the passed 3 years, my physical health has deteriorated so quickly that it's nearly impossible for me to work at regular 9-5 jobs. I've been diagnosed with multiple chronic pain syndromes, the most harmful one being Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, on top of an extreme case of Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome.

Because I live in constant pain, working has become difficult for me. So I turned to freelance work. I do illustration and character designing, and have recently graduated as a 3D Animator.

Lately, I've been struggling to make ends meet. My roommate and I have to often choose to pay rent and bills over eating, and often times we don't go grocery shopping for months at a time because we simply cannot afford it. And now, we fear being able to make rent.

I hate asking for help, and I especially hate having to ask for money. I'd much rather work for the money than take from the good faith from others. But we've hit an urgent point in time where I can't wait for more work to come to me. 

Any and all help I receive will be put towards rent and food, as well as cat litter and cat food for my fur baby. 

Rent and additional bills add up to $400 for myself.
Groceries and necessities can get up to $200 for the both of us.
If I receive more than my goal, it will continue to go towards food and rent.

I hope to get at least 2 month's worth of rent to fall back on until I can find more freelance work. 

It's times like this that really humble me. It's with great humility that I ask for help and with deep gratitude and appreciation to those who give when they are able to.
