Physical and medical Rehabilitation

Hello, I'm Dimitri,
Bonjour, je m'appelle Dimitri,

I'am nice little boy, 8.5 years old, suffering from Spastic Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy (CP), living in Brussels, Belgium.
Je suis un chouette petit bonhomme de 8.5 ans, souffrant de Paralysie Cérébrale Quadriplégique Spastique (Infirmité Motrice Cérébrale), qui vit à Bruxelles, en Belgique.


My parents found really efficient and special therapies in other countries, mainly Eastern ones (my mother is from Kiev), but as usual for "New and Modern" therapies, these are not reimbursed by social insurance, despite the facts that they are proven to be efficient and that my doctors advise me to go and practize them.
Mes parents ont trouvé des thérapies spéciales particulièrement efficaces dans d'autres pays, principalement à l'Est (ma maman vient de Kiev), mais comme la plupart des thérapies "Nouvelles et Modernes", elles ne sont pas prises en charges par les mutuelles, malgré le fait qu'il est prouvé qu'elles sont efficaces et que mes docteurs me conseillent de les pratiquer.

Ideally, I need to go at least 3 times per year, for a minimum of 15 days each time. I already been there four times  (and three to other places).
Idéalement, je dois m'y rendre 3 fois par an, pour au minimum 15 jours à chaque fois. J'ai déjà été quatre fois là (et trois fois ailleurs).
As I am now a "big" child, the price is over 3000 € for each therapy cycle.
Comme maintenant je suis "grand", le prix dépasse les 3000 € pour chaque cycle de thérapie.

I will also get my second "Ulzibat" operation (details ), planned on 26th of march 2018, in Kiev. I will there undergo an operation that will help me a lot and increase my potential for evolution.
Je vais aussi recevoir ma seconde intervention "méthode Ulzibat" (détails ) ce 26 mars 2018 à Kiev. Je vais y subir une opération qui va beaucoup m'aider et augmenter mon potentiel d'évolution..
The first one I got in Krakow in march 2017 was really efficient and gave very good results.
La première intervention que j'ai eue en mars 2017 à Cracovie a été très efficace et donné des résultats très probants.

My parents also plan for me to have a really special operation named Selective Dorsal Rhysotomy (SDR),  which can be done only in the US or in Bonn (Germany). And this one is really more expensive that what they can afford (>60000€). See infos here

Mes parents ont aussi comme projet que je puisse avoir une RDS (Rhysotomie Dorsale Sélective) qui ne se pratique qu'aux USA et à Bonn (Allemagne). Et celle-çi est vraiment très onéreuse (>60000€).  Voir les infos ici

But first off all, I need to be "eligible" for it and need to go to US to see the doctors.
Avant tout, je dois savoir si je suis éligible et donc aller au US pour voir les médecins.
