Dimensions Fitness owner Maria Wolfe is the surviving spouse of US Army Sgt. Aaron Alexander Wolfe (1991-2016).

Her background is in Military Crisis Case Management- she and her husband worked tirelessly to serve their community and country. 

After her her husbands death in August of 2016- Maria worked through her grief at Soldierfit’s original locations in Maryland.

Eventually- she opened her own gym with the goal of using the revenue to open a PTSD clinic.

We loose 22 veterans a day to suicide- and many more carry tremendous weights every day.

Maria and Aaron saw first hand the grief and tragedies that military veterans and their families face. After her husbands death- Maria made it her mission to continue serving their military family.
