Hi! I work at a 28-day inpatient addiction recovery center, where many of our patients arrive with nothing but the clothes on their back. While we’re fortunate to have a clothing donation closet, we can’t accept used underwear for hygiene reasons—which leaves a major gap in what we’re able to offer.

Right now, we have very little to give aside from disposable options. My amazing coworkers have even been buying underwear out of pocket, but as you can imagine, it goes fast.

I’m starting a GoFundMe to purchase brand-new, comfortable underwear for the people we serve—because everyone deserves that basic dignity and care.
