<div>We have some incredibly exciting news! Starting this September, Broadlea is officially enrolling in the OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) primary programme. OPAL is a fantastic initiative proven to transform school lunchtimes, making them more active, creative, and inclusive for every single child.

<div>As part of this journey, we want to completely redesign our outdoor spaces to offer rich, high-quality play experiences. Now we have our mud kitchen underway, our next project is transforming a plain area of grass into a magnificent, giant sandpit! (You can see our starting point and the wonderful vision we are aiming to achieve in our campaign photos!)

<div>Sand play isn't just fun; it is a powerful learning tool. A large-scale sandpit offers endless opportunities for collaborative play, sensory exploration, problem-solving, and engineering. Whether building massive castles, digging complex canal networks, or baking imaginary treats, it allows children across all year groups to cooperate, communicate, and let their imaginations run wild.

<div>Enrichment play resources like buckets, spades, trucks, and sensory digging tools to maximize the fun from day one.
