<div>A luglio il Consiglio di Stato ha purtroppo annullato la sentenza di primo grado che dichiarava inammissibile il ricorso, rimandando il caso al TAR affinché entri nel merito.

<div>Per questo motivo, oggi più che mai, è fondamentale che i giudici ascoltino la voce di chi, trasformando un lutto personale in un impegno per il bene comune, ogni giorno si batte per la tutela della vita umana sulle nostre strade.
