Help Mom with Medical Bills

The past couple of years have been hard on mom. She has survived cervical and bilateral, triple hormone negative, breast cancer, and a terrible car accident. These events have led to extensive medical bills. Hospital bills, operations, and continued health coverage (copays, meds, etc) have drained her bank account and she needs help.
Spring 2016 - Mom was diagnosed with cervical cancer and undergoes a complete hysterectomy to treat.
November 2017 - Mom was diagnosed with cancer in one of her breasts. She opts to have a mastectomy of that breast to remove the cancer the week of Thanksgiving.

May 2018 - Mom is diagnosed with cancer in her other breast. She opts to have a mastectomy of her remaining breast (that insurance is not wanting to cover) and undergoes chemotherapy.
Fall 2018 - No Signs of Cancer (Thank you God).
As you can see, mom has been through a lot and continues to need to see specialists and therapy. If you can spare a few dollars to help, it would be appreciated.

December 17, 2017 Mom, Misty, Devin, & Melia were in a bad car accident. This was the weekend that we had a lot of snow. Mom. Misty, and the kids lost power Friday at about 4pm. Sunday Morning, they still did not have power. Being cold and hungry, they got in the car and headed over to Mary's house.
On the way, they hit a patch of black ice and headed straight for a utility pole. Mom was able to turn the car so that she took the brunt of the impact and threw her arm out in the "mom belt" manuever. Devin and Melia were shaken but unharmed. Misty, who had been slipping out of the seatbelt when mom stopped her, had some major bruising. Mom was trapped in the car. The 1st responders had to use the jaws of life to cut her out of the car. Her injuries from the wreck, although not immeiately life threatening, were much worse. Mom fractured her jaw, both collarbones, her sternum, multiple ribs, wrist, and pelvis in 3 places.
Due to the extent of her injuries, mom spent a week in intensive care and a few days on the trauma floor before being moved to a rehabilitation facility. Unfortunately, medicare only pays for the first 20 days, which ends Thursday (1/11/18). Her medicare copay is $160/a day following the 20 days. Due to this expense, mom has asked to be sent home with the next step of care: home health nursing. However, all of her medical needs will not be met by medicare. They will only pay for a wheel chair or a walker, they will not pay for a bedside commode, or other necessities. These items will need to be purchased out of pocket.
The costs of mom's deductibles and medical needs are piling up and overwhelming her. Therefore, we decided to set up a go fund me in the hopes that some of you can help. I hate to see Mom so worried and stressed about the costs of her care. This woman has spent her life helping others: she has worked to help battered women and children, protect our constitution, and help people get on their feet. I am hoping that kharma and good mojo will return to her and help during her time of need.
