Diane and Nick flood recovery fund

On August 14th, my dear friends Nick and Diane were devastated by a flash flood that completely damaged their newly renovated home, where they lost almost everything. They were away for two hours tending to their horses and rushed home to find 4 ft of water in their main floor and their three dogs floating on furniture. Luckily, everyone is ok but most of their belongings are unsalvageable. Their home insurance, that they believed included  flood insurance, is not able to cover any of the damages and they are not eligible for FEMA assistance. Although they are fighting to see if there is anything they can do, it will take a long time before any resolution can be made, if any. 

In addition, they are expecting the arrival of their baby in less than 2 weeks.
