Deshields Family

Diana and Lysette tragically lost their mom, Diane Centeno-Deshields, on July 21, 2019.  Within a few minutes of interacting with Lysette and Diana, it is evident how much they both value family and the influence their family has on them both. 

If you ever met Diane, you know that Diane's heart was full for her family and that she was and still is their rock.  She always showed up for her family.  

Part of what makes the CrossFit community great is our ability to band together when a member needs us.  Jointly, Tough Temple CrossFit and PUSH511 CrossFit would like to raise funds to help cover any expenses they may have.  Please join us in supporting Diana and Lysette at the following events.

* Classes will be at 9 am & 10 am, capped at 30/class. If fill up will add an 11 am class.

* Everyone is welcome, the workout can be modified to all fitness levels.
